Mixed Feelings, for sure. I visited this place after hours on Sunday, June 10th, 2018. The next day, I went in and asked about the truck as it was no longer in their parking lo I visited this place after hours on Sunday, June 10th, 2018. The next day, I went in and asked about the truck as it was no longer in their parking lot. It took them quite some time to find the thing (lol) but after they FINALLY located it, I was able to test drive it. I was not impressed with the route they take you on as you are unable to truly drive the vehicle to its potential as the posted speed limits are 50 and 60KM. The whole process took 2 weeks to complete and communication with them during that time left some to be desired. Someone had put nearly 400km on it during this time. The paperwork and key tag had x-amount of KM's listed and the odometer had a LOT more than that. They do get plates and registration done for you however, I get less than a year before they're due, because of where my birthday falls. I took it to my trusted (certified) mechanic and nothing out of the ordinary was found for it being a 6 year old vehicle, He determine that the vehicle has been in an accident, no matter that CarProof having none reported. He showed me the places under the truck where there are missing clips on the fenders as well as official GMC stickers. There are missing decals from GMC that are usually on the radiator cover, that tells you engine size, oil type and various other information. The new parts are slightly misaligned. He also pointed out the rusted out hole in the exhaust (after market, not stainless steel). The biggest thing for me though, is that the brakes are spooky...I have no other way to describe them to you. Front brakes have new pads and rotors. Back brakes (drums) have new lines going to them. They are Very noisy! And what makes me say "spooky" is that when you brake with the weight of the truck behind it, it produces a low, almost organic, grinding sensation that is felt through your foot on the pedal, through the steering wheel and can be heard over even the loudest of music! These noises will happen after you drive it for a bit. If you jump in and use the brakes right away, they're fine. I honestly cannot afford to pay a guy 100 bucks an hour to chase down brake noise. I dealt with Sunpreet; he was nice enough, knew all the things to say. I do wish to point out however, that when dealing with " a couple", please do not assume it will be the man buying! First contact, I was disregarded due to bringing a friend with me. Not a huge deal, some people are brought up and/or trained differently. The person with all the paperwork, she was professional and to the point, which I like. Cheers, Prab. And finally, the lady who actually passed the vehicle off to me, Cassie (I think) she was cool too! The reasons I am rating this business so low are: -Sold a vehicle as 'accident free" when it had, in fact, been in one -Mysterious kilometers on it between the test-drive and delivery -Being told that if I paint LineX/Rhino Liner on fenders, wheel wells, rocker panels, it will void the warranty -One of the key fobs does not work -The brakes! More

I found a vehicle onlin I just want to start my review by saying that my salesman (Chevar) was amazing and he has nothing to do with this review. I found a vehicle online I wanted to see. Suganya in customer service contacted me after I inquired via auto trader, which was fine. I told her I was driving from a distance away and that I also had a vehicle that I was trading in so I wanted to make sure that I wasnt going to be lowballed before I hit the highway. She provided me with an unseen appraisal amount which I felt was fair so off I went. Upon arrival to the dealership I met with Suganya who passed me off to Chevar. Chevar was great, he helped me take out my car seat and try it in new vehicle, he gave me a ton of info and he was extremely patient with my son. I was pretty set on the vehicle, I asked if price was negotiable they said no, I continued and left my deposit as there arent many options in the vehicle I am looking for. I spoke with the finance manager, Jordash (unsure how his name is spelled) who said I would deal with him when I came back to get an appraisal of the vehicle I was planning on trading in. Left a deposit and off I went. Next morning, literally next morning, a similar car (only different in color) pops up on autotrader at a different dealership for a cheaper price. I contact Suganya right away (9am) and ask her about ways to get my deposit back as I found a better deal, asking if I had to come in or could they send it electronically... she says shes not sure she will ask a finance manager and let me know. She does not offer any other alternatives (better deal, etc). I advised her that I had found a better deal and I was aware that they don't haggle, she re-iterated they don't haggle, ok no problem. 2 hours later I havent heard back from her so I call back, she doesn't answer. I call again and ask for a finance manager and no one answers there either. Irritated now I drive down to the dealership to get my deposit back as I cant get anyone on the phone now. I get to the dealership, same finance manager comes over, asks me why I put a deposit on the car if I didnt want it? Told him the deal I found just popped up this morning and actually, as the deal wasnt set in stone my reason for wanting my deposit back wasn't important. So here I am, with my 4 year old hanging off me and simultaneously throwing himself all over the floor, I am visibily irritated and have said several times I just want my desposit back, here is where I get the interrogation. Now the finance manager is looking up the deal I found and he is nitpicking it, saying it doesnt have this or that, meanwhile the listing wasnt completely updated on autotrader and I had gotten all my information directly from the other dealership. This continues for a few minutes while my son is throwing himself on the floor and I am standing there like an idiot almost begging for a refund. Finally the finance manager goes to me "Is there anything we can do for you?" BINGO -- NOW you ask me what you can do for me after I was completely ignored in the morning and had to drive over and hour back down there. Well unfortunately you could have offered me the car for free and I wouldnt have taken it. Maybe if I was properly advised in the morning by Suganya "if there was anything they could do to keep my business" then I wouldnt be standing 2 feet across from you demanding a refund. I did get my refund but the dealership left an awful taste in my mouth. BTW - the deal I got was for the same type of car except fully loaded (with premium sound system) and a NAV which the manager insisted it didnt have. Oh and 4 thousand dollars less.
