Excellent service was provided by all staff members I interacted with: the technician I made the appointment with (Ashley) and the mechanic who serviced my car (Jake). They allowed me to choose addition interacted with: the technician I made the appointment with (Ashley) and the mechanic who serviced my car (Jake). They allowed me to choose additional needed services by communicating with me via text, pictures, and a short informative video in real time as my car was being serviced. Ashley gave me a discount on the 30,000 mile maintenance package, which I greatly appreciated. Though I waited over 4 hours at the dealership while my car was being serviced, I enjoyed a couple of snacks, some bottled water, and some coffee in the customer waiting area. The seats in the waiting area were very comfortable. As an added bonus, there were mandala coloring books and colored pencils available to use while waiting. Thanks Hyundai Auto Nation (Tempe) for providing outstanding customer service. Ashley and Jake did an awesome job. :) More
