He went out of his way to pick me up from work 2 days in a row, even when 1 of those days was his day off. When a problem arose after we purchased the vehicle, he made sure it was resolved quickly. I would not hesitate to purchase a vehicle there again. We really appreciated the time he took with us, in order to find a vehicle that tailored to our needs as we are due to have a baby in December. He wanted to make sure we had piece of mind in whatever vehicle we chose. He was patience, and very helpful answering any questions that we had. You got questions, he's got answers! Overall, our experience with Auto Max was Good. If the review were just on Justin Smith, I'd say Great. But, apart from Justin it could have been better. Downfalls:Warranty options not fully discussed (discussed by different area in Auto Max)Not all paperwork was given to us. - Justin got that sorted out for us, even though that's not his job.
