Bought a car from this dealership with their “finance pricing” and got a terrible rate and warranty I didn’t want. I refinanced right away with my bank (much better rate) and canceled my warranty. They pocketed the rest and ignore my requests to see the documentation. Very shady finance department. I would avoid at all costs. More

I was confirmed to come and see and test drive the car at 5 pm the day prior to my arrival to the dealership. Had to drive for an hour to get there and was told that the car was not there and that it was at 5 pm the day prior to my arrival to the dealership. When asked which service center it is at, that I'll go and see it there, they said very far away... Do not waste your time, find your car somewhere else. More

This morning while in park the car began sputtering as if it’s going to shut off!! The vehicle was also sold with illegal tints.. I told John I was pulled over and that I wanted the tints removed while the car was being “diagnosed” welp the car was returned with them still on.. so in addition to the $600 detail to remove the stains and damage from the roof/chairs , I also have to come out of pocket to have the tints removed before the tickets began pilling up!! I never received a email response regarding emissions documents that I sent either. More
