Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life. Scheduled my appointment for 1:00 pm on Monday and didn’t get to my car until 8:00 am on Thursday then lied to my wife and told her the appoint life. Scheduled my appointment for 1:00 pm on Monday and didn’t get to my car until 8:00 am on Thursday then lied to my wife and told her the appointment was always 8:00 am Thursday yet they sent me an email stating it was 1:00 pm Monday. I will NEVER set foot on their lot again and will never buy a car from them again and I will make sure everyone I know ever buys a car from them. Biggest liars I’ve ever met in my life. Arrogant and condescending toward their customers They wouldn’t even furnish a loaner car or try to get Hyundai to pay for me a rental. They told me that I should get rent one on my own, my car was in their shop for a warrant repair, why would I pay for a rental! More

I chose this dealer to buy our daughter a Kia because their commercials portrayed them as a family friendly operation. The Kia started to use excessive amounts of oil during the warranty period. We a their commercials portrayed them as a family friendly operation. The Kia started to use excessive amounts of oil during the warranty period. We are in another state as my daughter. After several failed attempts to address the problem they said, “wait until it blows up.” I wonder what this Auffenberg family would feel if someone told them while their daughter and little grand children were told to “Wait until it blows up”! Perhaps on a busy highway at night. Disappointed father. Taking legal action. More
