Thanks for your response. I did speak to the service manager while he was there. He apologized for the confusion. I presume that he read my post and would have told you that. I would have expected him to reach out to me on his own accord. Instead, I am being asked to reach out to him again? Again, amplifies my point about lack of clarity and confusion at their end. Further reinforces my decision to go somewhere else.
