Went into to look at a used f350. Like the truck and the offer on my trade was good. A few things were wrong with the truck, none of it major. Given something so obvious was wrong, they let me have the truck over night. I told them that I’d have it looked at by my mechanic. Nothing significant, shocks were shot, tires were beyond the age to pass inspection and a small oil leak fixed by an o-ring. After dropping it off and noting a few things. Two days later I got a call back saying it wasn’t the truck for me. And that other than fixing the hubs there was nothing else they were will to do. Told me to find another vehicle. When discussing the issues, the sales manager got visibly agitated and asked who I had had look at it. Started raising his voice and stormed off. I even told the sales guy let me know what you guys will do and we will figure it out. I guess they don’t need to disclose issues to the next buyer and they prob have a line of people waiting to buy it. More

I went in with my vehicle for a sound in the motor they kept it 3 days to diagnose the sound, when I got called they said I needed multiple items on the vehicle replaced. They said I can't have led headlig kept it 3 days to diagnose the sound, when I got called they said I needed multiple items on the vehicle replaced. They said I can't have led headlights, led flights, and led interior dome lights. I have never had a problem with any other shops with these. They also said I needed a wheel bearing, exhaust pipes, suspension issues as well. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THEM TO SERVICE YOU VEHICLE. They are not allowed to do a multipoint inspection on a vehicle that is not needed. They will not get my service again. More
