Flew from Ohio after putting deposit down on 14 Passat that was said to be inmaculant and once Inspected it i pointed out to Will (salesman/ manager i guess) runs in the paint, rock chops on the hood, dir that was said to be inmaculant and once Inspected it i pointed out to Will (salesman/ manager i guess) runs in the paint, rock chops on the hood, dirty interior, radio not working properly, and backup camera not working at all. He said he had never noticed these imperfections and that the backup camera just needed to be setup. I also noticed trim that was pulled away from drivers rear door as well as scratches in that repaired door as well. He had stated on the phone this car was perfect and they didn't normally buy wrecked cars. This car had two accidents listed on it's carfax. Buyer beware of this place! So now to buy another flight back home! More

I had one large dealership ask if she wanted to tow a car off the lot when he found out her limit was 5 to 6 thousand it broke my heart when he said that to us. If that wasnt bad enough another large new/used auto place had her test drive 1 car and then tried to quick sell her claiming another agent was looking for the keys etc. Amati was imediatley welcoming not at all pushy and the workers were above and beyond helpful. This is a company that shines in every way we are so thankful💜 More

Previously I wrote a review while I was still very frustrated. It doesn't change the fact that it was very difficult to get in contact with folks at the dealership, but I wanted to amend the review to frustrated. William and Nancie were pleasant to chat with, and ultimately I did end up with a car I loved at a very good price. The car had problems when I first drove it, but Amati gladly fixed those issues. I greatly appreciate their patience with me- I'm a naturally anxious person, and this was my first time buying a car from a dealer. Understaffing is a problem here, but not one that falls on the shoulders of the salespeople. My advice: if you work with this dealership, don't expect things to move at lightning speed like you might at a big corporate shop. ORIGINAL REVIEW: These guys are absolutely impossible to get in touch with. I went there on the first time Saturday- tried to call ahead but both the salesmen were busy. I left my phone number but by the time I got there (about 40min later) nobody had called back. They had the car I wanted, but it needed a couple of things fixed, so I put down a small deposit with a promise I would be getting a call in a ‘couple days’. Paperwork said it would be ready for pickup on the 17th, I called the 18th. Lo and behold the guy who I was working with went on vacation for a week, and the guy who picks up the phone (after two unanswered phone calls) has no idea what the status is. Finally I’m told it’s ready on the 19th, I can’t get there to the 20th, which I’m told is fine- just call ahead. I’ve called twice, no one answers. So frustrating. More

William, Nancie and the whole crew were WONDERFUL. I found the car I wanted on their website - called Amati and spoke with William. William advised me to apply for the financing online so I did and the very next day I was driving my car home. Great car! Great deal! I had the absolute best experience. I really felt right at home when I was there. I truly could not have asked for anything more. I've had a few small questions since and each time I've called, William and Nancie have been so extremely helpful. Great place to buy a car and maybe even make a friend or two! Amati will be the ONLY place I will buy a car in the years to come. A+++ service! More

Bought a 2011 Audi A4 on Sep. 23, 2019,place was super busy but had a great selection of clean vehicles. Worked with Jason and test drove the car I ended up buying. I told Jason that during the test drive I noticed a slight issue with the car shaking when the brakes were pressed. I realized the car was used and decided to purchase the vehicle anyway. After the sale and upon driving the car for a couple of days, the shaking issue got really noticeable especially at high speeds. I called Amati and spoke to Don in the service dept. They agreed to look at the vehicle iand had an appointment to diagnose it within 3 days of my call. The issue was determined to be the rotors and Amati replaced them as a courtesy at no charge to me. They didn't have to, there was no warranty coverage on the brakes and 129k on the vehicle but they did so, quickly, and kept me informed throughout the repair. Absolutely professional service and a great overall experience. I HIGHLY recommend this business for your next car purchase. Love my Audi and am really happy with the experience at Amati. Too bad I could only give them 5 stars as a rating. Go here, buy here, you won't regret it.! More
