Bought the second CX-9 from Alton Blakley We purchased a CX-9 from them in 2010. We had 190000 miles on it and have spent almost nothing in repairs. Most of that credit goes to Danis Combs an We purchased a CX-9 from them in 2010. We had 190000 miles on it and have spent almost nothing in repairs. Most of that credit goes to Danis Combs and his service team. We passed this car along to our son and was in the market for a new car. We shopped many dealers and brands. Adam Roark and Chris Todd worked very hard to make sure we drove the vehicles we were interested in and that we got a good deal. We ended up buying another CX-9 GT 2019 from them. Due to Danis Combs excellent service department and the hard work done by Adam Roark and Chris Todd on the sales end, we had to chose Alton Blakley again. More

Great service I think they did a great job. The only down fall is they tell you about extra benefits while you are trying to just get the paper signed and go. I thi I think they did a great job. This is the only down fall I see. They ask if we were good and if we needed anything. More

The staff here is AMAZING I drove all the way from Nashville, TN (which is about a 3-hour drive) to purchase a vehicle from Alton Blakley. I can't say enough about how seamless and easy Tyler and Adam made the car buying process. This was my first experience with buying a vehicle, and Tyler and Adam couldn't have made it any easier or enjoyable. I will definitely be back, and wouldn't hesitate to reccomend this dealership to all friends and family. Drove 1,150 miles to purchase I found the truck I had been searching for advertised on EBay by Alton Blakley Mazda. I spoke with Chris Todd via email and later by phone. Hesitant t I found the truck I had been searching for advertised on EBay by Alton Blakley Mazda. I spoke with Chris Todd via email and later by phone. Hesitant to travel so far to purchase a vehicle I had never seen. Chris made me feel comfortable enough that he made the sale. I drove 3hrs to catch a plane to fly to Kentucky where Chris met me at the airport. The truck was better than advertised and the sales staff was excellent. I drove the truck 1,150 mikes home without a problem. If I ever need another vehicle I will be calling Chris and without question flying back down. More

Great team of honest guys I used to be a salesperson myself, and can honestly say these guys are great. My wife and I spent Thursday and Friday at a different Mazda dealership I used to be a salesperson myself, and can honestly say these guys are great. My wife and I spent Thursday and Friday at a different Mazda dealership but decided after only one phone call, we needed to make the hour drive to see these guys. Hassle free, no Bull process !!!These guys go above and beyond what you find these days at most dealerships. AB Ford/Mazda wants to earn and keep your business and it shows. They are all about taking care of your needs. I like to shop and buy close to home but it seems like they feel you owe it to the to buy from them.The local and regional dealerships in my area should send there people to AB Ford/Mazda for training to see how running a successful dealership is ran.I can see why AB Ford/Mazda has been in business for 50+ years with no name change every 5 years or so. I could go on and on but try them and see. I assure you that you will feel as I do and you too will be a repeat customer. Ask for Trent Vanhook if you can, but all those guys there are top shelf people. More
