I have already done this review. But just in case the service was great. I enjoyed working with Mark Gilmore and my financial guy was also great to work with. I travel 20 miles to have 90% of my services done at Allen Turner. Service is great from all, but I have to give a shout out to Arron. Have been dealing with Allen Turner since 2015 when we leased our first Equinox. They were so helpful and we knew we would be back. We have has a 2015, 2018, and 2021. Service tech did not properly install the fill plug on the front differential, resulting in a leak. I was offered to have them diagnose the leak for an extra cost. As it turns out the fill plug was not ev the front differential, resulting in a leak. I was offered to have them diagnose the leak for an extra cost. As it turns out the fill plug was not even finger tight! I am certain if the plug had fallen out, they would have declined liability, because I chose not to have them perform the diagnosis. More

The service department really let me down this time! ! I watched the guy that moves vehicles around in the service tunnel swing my driver door into one of the block columns. Chipped the paint!!. Owned th ! I watched the guy that moves vehicles around in the service tunnel swing my driver door into one of the block columns. Chipped the paint!!. Owned the truck 4 years and that is the first scratch or dent on it unfortunately. Of course I said something about it and the fix was to give me a touch up paint pen. When I went to pick up the truck after the initial diagnostic I noticed grease on the leather seat. Normally they put plastic on the seat.....not this time. I was also charged for oil clean up after replacing my oil cooling lines. I now have oil drip spots on my garage floor because it was not cleaned up very well or its still leaking which hopefully is not the case. I own 3 GM vehicles that all go to Allen turner from time to time for service. Usually I don't have any complaints but this time I am very disappointed!! More
