I have been coming (and going) to this service center for over 20 years, I had a 2000 civic, 2008 accord and now drive a 2018 civic. I had such bad experiences in the past, I refused to come to this servi over 20 years, I had a 2000 civic, 2008 accord and now drive a 2018 civic. I had such bad experiences in the past, I refused to come to this service center. This time was just convenient that I made an early appointment for today. I came in ready for the worst, but actually had an excellent experience. I was greeted right away, they accepted a coupon I had and it only took 40 minutes. I'm glad this service center finally got it together, I'm back! More
