DO NOT RELY ON THIS SYSTEM. CONTACT YOUR TOYOTA…… They saw the message and they told me that changing the tire that had a nail or crew will fix the problem. Received an email stating to come in for my last free warranty service and fix a recall. Was told by the service advisor that the last free warranty service had expired already. I asked him why I wou warranty service and fix a recall. Was told by the service advisor that the last free warranty service had expired already. I asked him why I would receive an email then and his reply is I should know when it expired and it was probably an automated email. Had an open recall which I wanted to get resolved but didn’t want to lose my truck if it has to be fixed. Was advised that this recall is usually MBRP an issue just an inspection of the welds, Waiting two hours to be told that the truck needed to be taken out of service. Asked about a loaner vehicle and was y ok f there were none available. At this point I got the service manager involved who instructed the service advisor to get the truck to the repair shop immediately and arrange for a rental car. Since Toyota l my covers a $60 dollar a day natal and the rental vehicle cost more which meant more out of my pocket at my expense. So needless to say, it wasn’t a pleasant experience. On the positive side, I was able to get my truck back after 3 days minimizing my out of pocket costs. Ralph Reinhardt More
