The car I was interested in was listed at 19k on AutoTrader & their website. When I called to say I was interested, they said there's a $3,500 "Prep Fee" as it was a used car. Why not just be honest AutoTrader & their website. When I called to say I was interested, they said there's a $3,500 "Prep Fee" as it was a used car. ***BUYER BEWARE*** 1. Returned my 2020 MDX in late May a little over the miles allowed. Was told I wouldn’t be charged for it. WAS CHARGED FOR IT! 2. Asked for 60 month f Returned my 2020 MDX in late May a little over the miles allowed. Was told I wouldn’t be charged for it. WAS CHARGED FOR IT! 2. Asked for 60 month financing on a 2024 Integra. WAS GIVEN 84 MONTHS WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE! 3. Was charged at least 5K OVER STICKER! This is how they treat their retuning customers?!? I’m done with Acura. Reporting this dealership to the BBB. More
