i had a 30K mileage service and they asked to do air filter change and 3 more additional service. I asked some other time. I used to use the blower every single day before the service and the moment i l filter change and 3 more additional service. I asked some other time. I am pretty sure the technician made this happen deliberately to do the service immediate because without blower car is not operational due to fuggy window etc. I called the service person and called gentral service line no body responded. (Review of Service Department) As a local business owner, we have been a long-time customer of Acton Toyota of Littleton in MA. However, the quality of service significantly changed for the worse when the d we have been a long-time customer of Acton Toyota of Littleton in MA. However, the quality of service significantly changed for the worse when the dealership transferred to new ownership. I was on hold for 20 minutes the other month when simply trying to schedule an oil change / tire rotation for one of our trucks. Some service reps are nice people, but, too many of them are very rude and difficult to work with. People working in the customer service area of the service department simply don't seem happy. On average, about half of my visits over the last two years or so have been stressful and very unpleasant. Other past customers whom we know in the Littleton, Acton, Westford area have already switched to having their cars serviced by other dealers or local mechanics. Unfortunately, we are now looking to switch as well. Life is too short to give our business to a dealership with people who do not treat their customers with respect. Very sad given the fact that the services department in this dealership was one of the best I've ever seen back when it was under previous ownership. But, today - that is no longer the case. More

My Lucerne had gas fumes. Its dealer was fully booked, so I took it to my former dealer, Acton Toyota, last Fri. pm. Not only were they able to look at it next day, they had a rental program. On Mon., after the svc. crew found leaky fuel lines, Miguel strongly recommended I take the car to Colonial Chevrolet, for they had certified mechanics for American cars w/ this kind of problem. He had dealt w/ them before, and felt confident they could fix it safely and less expensively. He didn't charge for any svc., not even for diagnostic analysis. He even spoke to Alicia, who issued the rental Corolla to me ( a pleasure to drive a nice, fumeless car for a couple days!), and they agreed to deduct a day's rent (for the day the car sat waiting for inspection). How about that?! Instead of grasping for my business, Miguel sends me to another dealer, not only to save me money, but w/ my safety in mind. Thank you, Miguel and Alicia!! More

I question the service advisor and manager. They responded we didn’t do anything. If they don’t do anything why i am seeing warnings. I have Toyota live connect, I shown the email I got from Toyota connect system as well. But they didn’t acknowledge they fault then I gave the car for diagnostic. They kept the car for 3 days and told me your car computer is acting weird. So I took the car and gave in Bernardi Toyota Framingham for diagnostic within 4 hr, they told the cause of the warning because there is a hit on passengers right corner. It was happen at Acton Toyota. I went to Acton Toyota to ask them. They gave same answer we didn’t do anything we did only alignment. I raised a concern to Toyota as well. They said it third party service center we can’t do anything. Then I have to spend money from pocket for repair. Please be careful with Acton Toyota at Littleton More
They have the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. They say that problems with cars are fixed, and don't bother to check that they actually are. They refuse to answer phone calls. They refuse to perform services that they say they will. I had a situation where all of a sudden when the car window was rolled down, the door wouldn’t close. We somehow got it to close by rolling the window up. The door also wouldn’t lock from the outside, so you had to manually lock it from the inside. I made an appointment to get it fixed. They made me wait two hours and told me it was fixed, that some wires were just plugged into the wrong spots. This makes no sense as I have had the car for 10 years, no one has worked on the door, and I had not had issues prior to this. I went to check it while I was still there and the problem wasn’t fixed, even though they told me it was. They told me that they wouldn’t be able to get it done that day because all the techs had left, but they promised it the next morning. I got all the way back home and as soon as we pulled into the driveway, they said, oh we fixed it, come back and get it. They said at the time a clip came off and they just had to replace it. Went back to get it, and noticed that the insulation on the window of the door that wasn’t working was now loose and not in its place and the door frame was scratched. Also the child safety lock was stuck and that it had to be opened from the outside. In speaking with other mechanics, all of them said that it was likely an actuator issue, rather than a wiring or clip issue. Since then I have a detailed record of how many times I have had to call to get it fixed. First call was on 7/12, I had to call about 6 times. to get them to schedule me. So now we are three months from the initial visit, and nothing has been fixed. They are telling me that there is an actuator issue with the door and that they will not fix it. They are telling me it is not their fault that the tech did not know about the actuator issue, and they did not do any damage to it causing it to malfunction. I find this very hard to believe considering the external damage to the car. The service manager, Doug Harrington, is refusing to speak with me on the phone. You tell me, would you like to be ignored by people, charged for no work, and have your time wasted? If so, this location is great. If you are looking for quality work where people take ownership and pride in their work, this is certainly not the place. More
