There were issues with car registration that were communicated poorly and the car had two major issues within the first two months of purchase. I was ignored, interrupted and treated poorly when I was trying to get my car fixed under the warranty. I was even told by that specific employee to show up on a certain day and time, which I did, and then found out that he did not even work that day of the week. This was a massive disappointment because I had excellent experience with the Acton Toyota dealership. Don't let Acton Toyota's great dealership reputation fool you. More

I thought the price was fair, and Neil helped make the purchase process easy (it was my first ever car purchase). He kept me up to date with what the next steps were, and he called to followup when the dealership was ready to have me do paperwork and when the car was ready for pickup. I had a positive experience at this dealership and will consider purchasing from them in the future. More

I had previously brought the car to another dealer and was given a purchase price $2400 less! I very much appreciate the integrity and honesty at Acton Toyota and especially at their used car annex.
