Service is not the issue. The amount of time you have to wait even to just be addressed is ridiculous. There is no reason to set an appointment if it is not going to be honore The amount of time you have to wait even to just be addressed is ridiculous. There is no reason to set an appointment if it is not going to be honored. I understand 10 to 15 minutes but 45 minutes is a bit ridiculous. And I'm guessing it would have been longer if I didn't approach someone about the issue. More

Quick and easy to trade in defective battery. Mid-range price quote to have it installed, but we chose to do it ourselves. One nearby dealership wanted $180.00 to replace it under warranty!!!
