Sales associate (Kyle) acted like he couldn’t be bothered - he was on his headset talking to other customers most of the time he was assisting me and didn’t even join me on the test drive. Dealership was dirty (bathrooms disgusting according to my husband), car hadn’t been detailed despite it being there for 2+ months. There was gum underneath one of the folding seats - it made me question/distrust the level of detail given to the car. While Kyle was on the phone with another customer, he asked the most typical salesman question: “What do we need to do to make a deal today.” I actually really liked the car, but the experience made me uneasy, so I didn’t purchase. Definitely won’t be back. More

O I purchases a 2020 Surburban from ALM, they wrote in contract to make 2 repairs. After 2 months of constant calling I got cosmetic repair but never the mechanical one. I even talked to Cade the general contract to make 2 repairs. After 2 months of constant calling I got cosmetic repair but never the mechanical one.
