AVOID! ! I wish I can give zero star , I went in with my wife, interested in 2019 Nissan pathfinder SL Primmum, I meet Robert as the sales person , we talk ! I wish I can give zero star , I went in with my wife, interested in 2019 Nissan pathfinder SL Primmum, I meet Robert as the sales person , we talk about the price and he said you need Downpayment , I said we don't have it, we said we are going for now but we will be in touch, he said I can tried and talk to my manager to change some numbers on your trade in ford escape, I text him the next day, said that I can increased the premium , by $15 every 2 weeks, be caused I have no Downpayment, he said okay that will work but you need to pay some deposit if you will buy the vehicle , I did the transfer of $500 and we moved to the financing manager his name Mohamed, I send all the document and all the information to him, the next day he told me that my vehicle will be ready by Monday, I should have the insurance ready before I pick up the vehicle , and I should drop off my ford escape ownership ASAP, I drop it on Friday, by Monday morning he text me and said the vehicle will not be ready, I asked him why did he told me that it will be ready and I even changed my insurance, he said sorry but I'm just a financing manager I received an email form service from department, so I called my insurance company and changed again, he said he don't wen the vehicle will be ready, after 3 days he text me and said the vehicle will be ready by Friday 4pm , I went in Friday signed all the paperwork , and asked me how am I paying the $5000 , I asked him what 5k he said Downpayment, I said we never agreed on paying Downpayment, he said the sales person and his manager, the told he that I will pay 5k down, I asked he go and asked, them, he said they're not in ,but they will be in Saturday, he texted me Saturday morning and said , the sales person ,said he told me that I had to pay the 5k down, so they waisted my time and put all the blame on me said that it was a miscommunication, which is totally lies. Avoid 417 Nissan at all costs! I purchased a used car and while it sat on their lot between time of deposit and my pickup, rodents made nests under the hood. They didn't even take the time to do a quick check of the car before letting me drive home. After requesting broken pieces be replaced and another wiring inspection be conducted, the car was returned to me with pieces fixed but with nests still there. How was wiring assessed without moving the nests?! I brought the car to a third party mechanic for piece of mind who told me both air filters were extremely filthy. Following this ordeal, less than 2 months later and barely driving the car, both front mount bearings were so badly deteriorated that I had to replace them. Because these repairs were done at Orleans Nissan due to coordinating watching my kids, 417 Nissan refused to take any accountability for providing me a vehicle in unsafe condition As a mom of two kids under 3, safety is paramount when buying a vehicle, and I had requested a safety be conducted at time of purchase. The nests, the filters, and the mount bearings were all pre-existing conditions that make it evident that 417 Nissan places no value in providing its loyal customers with safe vehicles. Also - previous to this nightmare experience, 417 Nissan sold me a car starter without informing me my vehicle already had a manufacturer built in starter already included. The two starters conflicted so badly, the car timed out and locked my toddler son in the car with the keys inside. They claimed they thought "I wanted a longer range car starter". But ultimately, they are just trying to make money. More

My mother bought a vehicle from this dealership and she liked her salesman (don’t remember his name). Then when she picked up the vehicle there were multiple issues (this is a brand new vehicle). They were unable to solve these issues, after she had to sit and wait for over 3hrs in their waiting room. So she took it to Myers Nissan where within an hour everything was solved. Then she gets a call from 417 Nissan about locking wheel nuts that they forgot to install on her vehicle. She declined the useless things. All in all the level of incompetence from 417 Nissan is disgusting. I’d recommend finding another dealer if your set on a Nissan. More

I will be telling everyone I know to avoid 417 Nissan. First, they took my credit card from me to try to prevent me from leaving. I assumed they were going to take a scan of it for the credit check, but w First, they took my credit card from me to try to prevent me from leaving. I assumed they were going to take a scan of it for the credit check, but when I handed it over, Filipe said it was to “make sure I was serious”, and then they kept it from me until I insisted that I was not going to sign anything at that moment. They tried to get me to sign a “deal” that broke Ontario’s All-In Price Advertising law as it was $3k above the sticker price on the vehicle. They also were trying to get me to sign an 11% interest rate, which would have made my payments $249 biweekly for a $26k car (23k on the sticker). I asked for a specific downpayment and loan term, and they gave me every downpayment and loan term other than the one that I had asked for because I knew what the numbers should look like. They also don’t like it when you take your calculator out. Since I left, I have received calls almost daily from Filipe on 3 separate phone numbers. It has been more than 2 weeks. More

Sales team is dishonest. Watch your paper work closely, they will try to wear you down by making you sit around half the day while they pretend they are busy.
