Scheduled 3 weeks out and was told it could take 2 days so I would have to leave me truck with them. After 2 days I call and truck still hadn't even been looked at. Their text line is absolute garbage as no one ever responded to my text looking for status update. So had to call in and hold time was long. More

Made an appointment for service three weeks in advance based on openings. Ten days later they still had not even looked at it. Then was told they ordered parts. Lost another week. On the day they said it based on openings. Ten days later they still had not even looked at it. Then was told they ordered parts. Lost another week. On the day they said it was ready I was told the FCIM was obsolete and not available, which was the main reason I brought it in. The whole time it was poor communication, poor management, and poor service. Had to wait for a wash because the car looked it went through a swamp. They did some brake work but when I got home noticed the brake lights stuck on. Called and emailed but no response. I wouldn't take a go-cart to this dealership for service More
Terrible service. No communication. Dropped off my truck for service on a scheduled date. They told me they'd have a loaner car, but they didn't the day I showed up. 5 No communication. Dropped off my truck for service on a scheduled date. They told me they'd have a loaner car, but they didn't the day I showed up. 5 days later I call numerous times and voicemails and received nothing back. Went to the dealership to see my truck sitting in the back lot and come to find out they haven't even touched it yet 6 days later. I went to the service department and asked for my truck to take it somewhere else instead of sitting doing nothing. I can't go that long without a vehicle. Last time I go there. If I could give 0 stars I would. More

Great customer service is dead. After patiently waiting roughly four weeks to get my 21’ F150 in for recall work and some rattling, I discovered North Country Ford, no longer car After patiently waiting roughly four weeks to get my 21’ F150 in for recall work and some rattling, I discovered North Country Ford, no longer cares what it means to be in “customer service.” The day of my appointment arrives, I drop my truck off in the service bay. The service tech, Dave, seemed less than impressed to help me. After a curt, uninformative conversation about what I was wanting fixed, Dave informed me I’d need to grab my belongings out of my truck as they would need it for a day. (While online booking stated I would be able to wait while it was serviced). No problem, my wife was able to scoot out of work early and come pick me up. Dave assured me it would be ready next day (Today), well I was watching on my Ford App and there was no activity..so I figured my truck was still sitting. I called, left a voicemail, no call back. I hitched a ride to the store tonight, picked up my truck from the quick lane guys (always great guys, thanks for apologizing for service side) and left. My advice to anyone still reading, if you want good communication, and fulfilled promises from a car dealer, look elsewhere. More
STAY AWAY! !!! If you are ever ordering a part or accessories and have a question about service, DO NOT GO HERE. No one knows anything and they just continue to !!! If you are ever ordering a part or accessories and have a question about service, DO NOT GO HERE. No one knows anything and they just continue to transfer people over and over again hoping that you just hang up. As consumers we should get better customer service then this and instead they treat us terrible. Once you purchase a vehicle and then have any questions or concerns you are ignored. This place is the prime reason why we will go to automation and companies that ship you cars are going to take over. If you ever need any accessories this is not the place you should go because seriously no one will help you ever! The only time you may receive help is if the one person that does know something isn't off work. They don't even do installation here, the things they can't do they send you to a 3rd party installer or mechanic. So why do they even exist? Especially when they are clueless, confused and lack the know how on having basic customer service skills. More
I have used North Country Ford for service a number of times over the last 3 or 4 years due to their convenient proximity to my work. Each time I have made an appointment (usually 3 weeks out or more) the times over the last 3 or 4 years due to their convenient proximity to my work. Each time I have made an appointment (usually 3 weeks out or more) the service department is unable to even begin the requested service on the scheduled day; requiring me to make a follow up appointment. I had been patient with this predicable routine until last March when it happened for a Ford recall. I had scheduled service at Ford's request, not my own. During this appointment, on top of the schedule/re-schedule debacle, the North Country service department was sending text messages to my work's desk phone and then blamed me for never responding to the messages I was clearly not receiving. We eventually got everything straightened out but later, at North Country Ford's repeated prompting, I left a review explaining my annoyance and displeasure. Three weeks ago I made a new service appointment (for today) to get an electrical issue repaired. All week long I have received text messages reminding me of my appointment. This morning, one hour before the scheduled appointment, a service advisor called to cancel because "the shop is too busy" and "I have been too critical of them". That's a new low. To request my feedback and then, after I am candid about my experience, cancel my appointment in the 11th hour. The immaturity and deviousness of this is unattainable. If this is an example of their standard business practices I could never recommend North Country Ford. More
Worst service dept….they are nice when your buying a new truck but if there is something wrong it takes a month for them to look at it…extended warranty is a joke…..they could care less about you once the s truck but if there is something wrong it takes a month for them to look at it…extended warranty is a joke…..they could care less about you once the sale is done… I will never buy from them again More
