Great customer service! Normally I don't write reviews, but I can't say enough positive things about the great customer service I received from Steve Read. The Service Desk w Normally I don't write reviews, but I can't say enough positive things about the great customer service I received from Steve Read. The Service Desk was busy the morning I arrived to check in, but Steve greeted me happily and promptly after he had finished with his previous customer. He took the time to explain what was going to be done to my vehicle and to see if I had any additional concerns that needed to be looked into while they serviced my Ford Explorer. I was then provided a ride to work by the shuttle service (thank you Cam Clark for providing this service!) by a very kind and professional driver. Steve then followed up with a call later that afternoon and shared with me the results of the work that was completed and that they replaced the missing bulb that I had completely forgot to mention earlier that day. I couldn't pick up my car that afternoon because I had a number of meetings, but I did arrive there a few minutes after 5pm. Steve had just finished for the day and was just about to leave, but as soon as he saw me he came back to the desk and helped me complete my check out. That was certainly above and beyond after what I presume to be a long and busy day, but I was so grateful for his help so I could get home to my family faster. Thank you for the prompt and courteous service Steve and Cam Clark Ford! I would certainly recommend this dealership to others. More

Unfortunately, due to some mis Having purchased one of the original Ford Escape Hybrids in 2005, I have used CCF for all of my servicing requirements. Unfortunately, due to some miscommunications during the final service, it became necessary to avoid an expensive repair and look at purchasing or leasing a new vehicle. Being female, I was a little nervous about negotiating this potential minefield of dealing with the dreaded "car salesman"! However, Don MacGregor assisted me throughout the process giving me excellent advise and information re the potential benefits of leasing vs purchase. I was able to negotiate excellent pricing based on the trade in value of my previous vehicle plus employee pricing benefits at the end of August. Both Elizabeth Mathers and Chris Deal were able to expertly assist me on all of the financing details. I am very pleased with the 2017 Escape and thank everyone involved in making this process as painless and "non pressured" as possible. More
