She was very professional, knowledgable and patient with no pressure. All our questions were answered. We purchased a Lexus 350 Sport. We also met Alan and several other representatives of Lexus of London. Everyone was courteous and friendly. After purchase and delivery, Sue spent more than half an hour explaining and answering all our questions regarding the new car. We would recommend Lexus of London to anyone interested in purchasing a new car. They are the best!! More

When the service was complete I'm certain the last time the car was that clean was the day it came off the line. Absolutely nothing was missed. Grass from my golf clubs that was on the underside of the truck gone. Several marks on the side from people in parking lots opening their doors gone. Even a small salt stain tucked in a crevice between the driver seat and door gone. Everyone that I had contact with were friendly and helpful. One of the best service departments in town. Management should be proud of these people plus the guys behind the shop doors who so obviously take a great deal of pride in the work they do. More

Our sales representative, Tom Hiscott, was very knowledgable and friendly. As a professional salesperson, Tom carries himself very well using just the right amount of humour and technical terms. In many ways, he felt like a friend we had known for years right off the bat. He did not pressure us in any way and allowed us to carry most of the conversation without appearing rushed or in a hurry to make the sale. Both my wife and I appreciated his condor and was very pleased to purchase our used (but feels new to us) vehicle from Tom. We look forward to working with him in the future. More
