Oil change Hi Tannis, I had gotten a letter from GM letting me know about a possible problem when the temperature reaches -18. You suggested I bring in my 20 Hi Tannis, I had gotten a letter from GM letting me know about a possible problem when the temperature reaches -18. You suggested I bring in my 2015 Encore for an oil change and at that time, I could ask the service guys for their opinion. I found out that they could only check for the problem when the temperature gets colder so not to worry about it now. I also found out that my oil change is no longer covered under warranty. I thought I had until I reached 39,999 km. Since I really didn't need the oil change, I canceled the appointment. The service fellow was very understanding and polite. Gail Wence More
