Very bad radio reception problem I have purchased a brand new Acura MDX 2016 from this dealership and almost from day one I realized that the radio has a reception problem specially i I have purchased a brand new Acura MDX 2016 from this dealership and almost from day one I realized that the radio has a reception problem specially in some channels like 92.5 or 99.9 (bad not only). They basically choose the head office side not to admit that they have a problem and probably not only in my MDX (it seems like all have the same problem even 2017 models). I drove with service manager and he heard the problem. I have the problem recorded and I sent it to the head office. If you need more information you can contact me. But they still ignore it. Very courteous service. I did not have an appointment however the Service Dept. managed to deal with my issues and completed the repairs in a timely manner.
