Marti was an allround pleasure to deal with I got a used 2013 s60 t6 after my c30 was damaged by a small shop. After dealing with reception marti seeing my anger came over offed me a water not even trying to sell me a car and even offered me a water. Not realising it was 15mins to closing i asked him if i could test drive the s60 (the one i ended up buying) and he did it no hesitation and he offered me a second on highway test drive a couple days later. After all the negotiations were done (which were a breeze got most of the things I would have needed to feel great about buying CPO) I meet with edit and Andre (please see my review about them) overall with Marti he is a great guy and will try to get you in to what you are looking for. More

Review of Volvo service I had questions as to why I had several similar failures over the last several months, as I have no mechanical knowledge about automobiles. I really do not want to buy a new car as I really like my Volvo s60 but there are limits. Paolo sent me an email about error codes that was very helpful in trying to understand what is helpful in understanding what is happening to my car! Many thanks! As well, the management has given me generous discounts to help with the financing of this whole situation. I would like add that I have been called too soon (1-2) days after service to confirm satisfaction with the service. I have had an experience that soon after going for service (not the Lakeshore centre), I had the complete bottom plastic cover fall from the car. It was a couple of days before I took the car out. A passing cyclist as well as CAA helped me get out of this situation. As well I could not understand what the caller was saying. Her accent was absolutely not understandable to me. More
