Great service experience. Even though this is a repair on a repair it seems to be resolved this time except that the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT has come on again. Repair of convertible top I had my car in for the repair of the convertible top, which was completed. The same problem occurred again after a couple of days. I left my car there over the weekend and on Monday, it was decided to replace the entire top. This was done and the top is working properly at this time. More

Long Wait I brought my truck in for MY 7:30 appointment (oil change) and I was staying to wait for it. Given a pager to wait in the lobby, over 2.5 hour later I brought my truck in for MY 7:30 appointment (oil change) and I was staying to wait for it. Given a pager to wait in the lobby, over 2.5 hour later I get call on my cell phone. I asked why did you guys using the pager that you gave me. Reply was didn't know you were here waiting. I asked how long does this service usually take, reply about 1 hr. I comment that if I knew it would take 2.5 hrs, I wouldn't have sat there to wait for it. More
