Sue Vincent was a delight to deal with. Her friendly manner and detailed knowledge of the cars immediately let me know I was speaking with a professional. She listened to my questions and understood my priorities and needs in the car I would choose. Her advice was very much appreciated and she never pushed me to make a decision. Driving the cars convinced me that the decision I was about to make was the right one and her manner made me feel I was being treated honestly and with respect. Once my decision had been made and the paperwork completed, I dealt with Kylie Burridge in the finance department. An issue came up with my trade in and I sent Kylie an email on the Sunday evening of a long weekend, expecting a reply when work resumed on the following Tuesday. To my shock, I heard back from her within minutes and she solved the problem for me that evening and handled the changes wonderfully over the coming days. The manager, Chris, also helped me out in a very timely manner and that was greatly appreciated. When I went back to the dealership to pick up my new car, Lauren, the delivery specialist, spent an extended period of time acquainting me with all the exciting features of my hybrid car and was excellent at explaining all the hi-tech features which I am now enjoying. I was also introduced to the ladies at reception and the service manager, Romeo, who will be so helpful in the future. And before I left the dealership, other salespeople congratulated me on my new car. I have raved about the service and experience ever since and feel like I am now a member of a new family at Lexus of London. Definitely a superlative experience and well worth the two hour drive!!! The vehicles speak for themselves, they are beautifully designed, have the absolute best safety features and handle the road exquisitely. But in order to offer the best possible luxury experience, it ultimately comes down to the people. Sue, Kylie and Lauren are all incredibly knowledgeable about the products they offer. Sue and Kylie, whom I worked with through the purchase setup, were both focused on my needs; offering me options and giving me the time to make the decision that worked for me. Everyone I encountered at Lexus of London, including Allan and Romeo, were exceptionally and genuinely kind. Each one of them shared in my excitement and as I left the dealership with my brand new RX350 they all wished me well and said have a safe drive home. Working myself for a company that has a strong safety culture, this last line is important. Lexus as a corporation is committed to high safety standards but your commitment is only as good as the culture in which you create. Each and everyone of the people I spoke with at Lexus of London said have a safe drive home; that speaks volumes to the strength of their safety culture. I've always felt that I never had that full luxury experience with previous vehicles I owned, but now that I'm with Lexus of London, I feel like I've found my home :) More

O, o, o, a pre-owned LS 460 L awd, premium luxury package and at my trusted Lexus of London dealer. Wow, difficult to find. The US exchange has thwarted the market for Canadians. Well fist thing Monday its drive into London.(100km.) I phoned in ahead and ask only to speak with a female sale expert. Buying big machines man to man is way too much ego. Women do work more earnestly, I'd say, in car sales. Man, Sue Vincent is definitely a professional in sales and very educated with automobiles. As we were both clearly car enthusiasts the negotiations actually were mutually enjoyable. As my third LS, I'm a bit of a gear head and quite stimulated by the minutia of these magnificent machines. Exchanging info was fun. Sue utilizes the Lexus team to facilitate my enquiries promptly. So we kept the 92, LS 400, 20 years @475000km. Then euthanized. Keeping my LS 430 2001 and my new LS 460 L awd. Wonder who will live the longest me or my babies. Thanks go to you Sue Vincent and that great reputation at Lexus of London from whom we bought our fist ES300 in 1993. More
