My Service Consultant is Joel Boutet and he has been looking after my needs since the Cadillac arm of Gauthier moved north on McPhillips, roughly 7.5 My Service Consultant is Joel Boutet and he has been looking after my needs since the Cadillac arm of Gauthier moved north on McPhillips, roughly 7.5 years ago. Each time I book service for my SRX-4 Joel looks after me as though I am special. The dealership has never suggested unnecessary work nor been incorrect in their assessment. A special bonus (weather permitting) is my car is always washed prior to pick-up. I brag to my friends and family about this 'feature' as they do not receive this treatment from their dealerships.
