The next morning I receive an email to get the process going, and they even sent me info on what they had at present, she even got them to take pictures of a unit that matched what I wanted so I could physically see it as the stock photos are not always correct. I went down and met with Nels and Shane who greeted me and my family professionally made us feel at home. they took the time to understand hat I wanted and my price range and paid attention to the must haves. Nels pent a lot of time and effort to get me picture of a vehicle he found in Edmonton to get my approval. when all was confirmed and we signed off they brought it down and added my options and kept me informed all the way. Jeff went over my protection packages and gave me a lot of info so I can make a decision that worked for me. never once did I ever felt pressured to make a deal or unsure about anything. and the after sales service has been great also as I have been in contact with Shane on a few things and Nels also. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family. More

Love Our New Van! Shane was very personable, knowledgeable and helpful when we came in to check out a new mini van. Tyler was super helpful with the finance side of things, and made us feel very comfortable with the decisions we made. We thought it would be tricky to bring in 3 small kids with us, but the staff helped us out by entertaining them with an impromptu colouring contest. :) Oh, and we loved the Stampede breakfast that they had going on! Pancakes were another great distraction for the kids. More
