Awesome Service! I have always been a BMW person, but this my first Mercedes-Benz experience is sure a memorable one. Appalled Booked in an appointment with a salesman on a Wednesday for an appointment for the following Monday. Was promised the two cars I wanted to test drive Booked in an appointment with a salesman on a Wednesday for an appointment for the following Monday. Was promised the two cars I wanted to test drive would be prepped and ready for the test drive. When I got to the dealership not only was the salesman helping another customer - but he also completely neglected to acknowledge we were there waiting for him. After over 45 minutes of waiting for him we decided to get help from another salesperson. Later we found out not only did the original sales person fail to hold the cars- one of the cars, the AMG, was taken home for the day with the sales manager. The second cars keys were 'missing' as they were in the system but with another sales person who had left for the day. I am utterly appalled by the lack of organization and unprofessionalism shown by the staff here. I had just finished buying an Audi and did not have ANY of the problems that I have seen in this dealership. For a brand that is supposed to be 'luxury' and 'high class' this is a serious let down. More

GLK toGLE May 19/17 was my second vehicle purchase at Mercedes Downtown. Starting with a great experience back in March of 2015, I naturally gravitated to the d May 19/17 was my second vehicle purchase at Mercedes Downtown. Starting with a great experience back in March of 2015, I naturally gravitated to the dealership when I had a driving need. I was exploring finding a larger SUV diesel which is difficult now that most auto makers aren't selling them this year. I then received the hand-written invitation in the mail to the May 20 weekend private sale. Running errands on the Tuesday previous to the sale, I thought I would just pop in. Wouldn't you know, I find Rob Nelles who sold me a new 2015 GLK earlier and when I stop in to see him and walk into the sales department it feels like I'm among friends. Well, the kind of vehicle that I had been looking for (last few weeks) had just arrived hours earlier. It then didn't take long to strike up a deal. Sometimes I feel like I can't really afford a Mercedes but the combination of excellent people selling excellent vehicles makes it the right choice. My experience with Sales, Parts, and Service at Downtown over the past two years has been stellar. Top marks all round. More
