He is the most trustworthy tech/ shop foreman I have ever had dealings with. Not only does he look after me with my personal vehicles I also manage a fleet of vehicles that we send over to McNaught because we can trust Johni. As an example we had one of the fleet vehicles stop in at a "Tire Shop" for a quick service and they had a laundry list of items that they deemed "urgent" we had it sent over to McNaught to confirm where Johni and his team quickly said "no action required" literally saving us thousands.
