As you would expect the problem occurred during our first really hot days. My vehicle was repaired within a few days of the problem and had to be kept overnight due to the nature of the warranty repair. A rental was provided and both John's thoroughly explained the nature of the repair with their usual friendliness. My vehicle was returned to me in mint condition with the usual efficiency I have learned to expect and appreciate from the dealership! More

I contact I purchased my Ford Fusion SE brand new at Northway 3 years ago, and to maintain its good looks, I wanted to get it professionally detailed. I contacted Susan, and to my pleasant surprise, she let me know that I could have the "Gold Package" done for a discount! I jumped on the opportunity, and the results speak for themselves. They washed & waxed, cleaned up the interior, washed my mats clean, and as a nice touch, even dressed my tires, cleaned out the trunk (made it smell amazing too!), and even dressed up some of the hoses under the hood, which I totally did not expect.
