No high pressure sales tactic was used which I greatly appreciated. A month later, I brought my husband to view the vehicle and we ended up purchasing from Paul at Birchwood. Throughout the entire process, Paul kept us updated on the delivery date and when our vehicle came in, Paul spent an hour going over all the features inside the car. Amazing service Went in for an oil change and they ended up doing warranty work on my X1 which saved me a bunch of cash down the road...I had a loaner car for few da Went in for an oil change and they ended up doing warranty work on my X1 which saved me a bunch of cash down the road...I had a loaner car for few days ( brand new X3) and when Jonhson let me know my car was ready he said not to worry about gassing up the loaner in addition they put gas in mine as it was at a 1/4 tank...nice touch. They offered a cab ride back to work for me, in order to get me there quickly without interruption to my work day which was fantastic. He's professional and wants you to be happy with your choice. When I emailed Steven, a couple days later, he really made the deal come together.
