Purchase of new 2017 CR-V After browsing thru Honda dealers in Vernon, BC we received a welcoming e-mail from Tracy Evans and she arranged a date for us to visit the dealershi After browsing thru Honda dealers in Vernon, BC we received a welcoming e-mail from Tracy Evans and she arranged a date for us to visit the dealership. On arrival we were greeted by Tracy with the offer of coffee or water and an introduction to Geno Kushniruk a sales representative who turned out to be a friendly and knowledgeable car sales person. A very clever selection by Tracy. Not a high pressure person but very informative, who was able quickly to determine what kind of vehicle we desired. A viewing of the vehicle was arranged as well as a road trip. This vehicle was 5 years newer than our present CR-V and there were many changes to be explained, which they were very well. After inspection of out trade-in a deal was made. Due to the lateness of the day it was arranged that we would return in the morning for finalization etc. Geno had all arrangements made including insurance and a meeting with Dave Rooke. A very satisfactory transaction all in all by Bannister employees. When the time comes we will probably be back. Chuck & Dawna More

Unfortunately, the Shuttle was unavailable so I asked to reschedule. Tammy remembered, I live an hour out of town and recognized the inconvenience.
