Duke listened to what I was looking for and showed me a wide variety of vehicles. He was able to give me lots of options, without trying to upsell me with features I didn't need. He also took the time to explain and show me many of the features when I picked up the van (like setting up my phone with the hands-free system). Mark in Finance explained all of the financial aspects of the purchase really well and also didn't pressure all of the extras that I didn't feel I needed. He also provided a fair resolution to the one problem that arose. This would have been a 5 star review except for the one problem that Mark ultimately found a solution for. The weekend I bought the van included an extra incentive that was explained to me as an additional "cash rebate" upon the purchase I made. When we were completing all of the financing details, I was told that it was actually rebates to go toward an extended warranty package. To me, it was clear that the rebate was to be cash given the comments made by the person (someone who was not staff at the dealership, but from an outside entity) who was running the special program over the weekend. As I said above, Mark found a mutually agreeable solution so ultimately I was satisfied with my experience. More

Great Staff = Great Servive I recently had my 2013 Dart Ltd in for a recall and Hands Free issues with the car phone / infotainment centre. I woke up grumpy that morning... when I recently had my 2013 Dart Ltd in for a recall and Hands Free issues with the car phone / infotainment centre. I woke up grumpy that morning... when I was greeted by Pat Pitura - his wonderful attitude, demeanor and concern for my issues melted away both my grumpiness and concerns. He cheerfully took care of my concerns. They did the recall and I needed a Hands Free Module, which he checked and was covered under warranty. The part was ordered and I returned a few days later and had the ordered module installed. It fixed my hands free issues but the odometer was flashing when I returned home. When I arrived for this appointment - Pat was his usual cheery self as I explained now the engine light was on. He explained both fixes to me. The flashing odometer was a glitch of replacing the hands free module and the engine light issue was a TSB fix... All in all a pleasurable experience. More

Poor after sales service We recently purchased a used truck from Michael badea. The sales process was fine and your typical dealer atmosphere. Prior to signing the agreement we had asked for a few items to be repaired and asked for the parts to be replaced. It was agreed upon. After weeks of not hearing anything from them and after repeated calls and emails to our sales man. We decided to call the general sales manager Daniel Adelman. Two weeks went by before our phone call was returned. They said to bring the vehicle in for the agreed repairs. It took 3 separate visits and botched repairs along with broken promises from everyone from Daniel Adelman and Michael badea to finally say we didn't agree to these repairs and your basically on your own. The lack of professionalism and courtesy after the sale was done is a disgrace and an insult to any person going to this dealer. Daniel Adelman was confrontational when dealing with in person and Michael Badea denies any wrong doing. I would give this dealer a negative rating but that isn't allowed. Be warned, this dealership is all friendly until the deal is signed. They don't honor their promises and don't return calls. There are plenty of other good dealerships out there that one is better off choosing. Don't waste your time with this dealer. More

Initially Mike approached us to offer some help, but he had to step away for a pre-scheduled appointment. He then had his colleague Ed step in promptly to answer our questions. Ed was amazingly knowledgeable and didn't pressure us into anything we weren't comfortable with. We ended up getting a fantastic deal on a car with more options than we had even planned on it! We will definitely be back to visit the Waverley jeep team for our next purchase! More
