He went out of his way to set several cars up for me. I told him what I was looking for and he actually set one of each colour up for me to review and take for a test drive. Just before I arrived I sent him a photo of what I wanted for a paint sceme and he arranged for me to take the car for the weekend and had a shop arranged to do the work after the weekend and send me the car after it's complete. I live 5 hours away from that dealership. I would highly recommend the sales staff there to friends and family any day More

Every shady and cheesy sales tactic that you see in a movie or can Google, is exactly what you'll experience. It's like they're adhering to a bad sales script from the 80's on what NOT to do, but they go ahead and do it anyway. I wanted to trade in my car for a new truck. They asked me to come in for an appraisal to get the "VERY BEST DEAL EVER OFFERED". While I test drove a demo Ram Longhorn (with 10k kms) because the vehicle I actually came in for had a deposit on it from 3 days ago (of course they neglected to share this via email) the Manager didn't make use of the time and appraise my vehicle. No... he waited until we returned, then they spent another 30 minutes doing the appraisal while I sat there and stared at my thumbs in awkward silence. Finally the Manager comes back and gives the poor sales guy some figures on a piece of paper. They were going to give me $19k for a car that sells on Autotrader for $30-33k... ok.. sure... then he indicated that the price of the vehicle I just test drove was $51k. Here's the catch, the demo truck had 10k kms on it, had scratches and paint imperfections all over it, because the management had been driving it for a year... but of course, the price they indicated was the same as a brand new Longhorn with 0 kms and fully warranty. It's as if the manager thinks you're an idiot and will just bite on any numbers they provide?! So dumb.. I have no idea what the education level is of these Managers but it was the dumbest set of numbers I had ever seen. I then challenged the Manager on why he would charge me the exact same amount as a new Longhorn, for a "used Longhorn". He look stunned. He then asked, well what would you think is a fair number? I told him, he clearly doesn't have my best interest in mind for he just tried to screw me over by selling me a used vehicle for the price of a new one, and that I lost faith in him. I then walked out after insisting they return my car keys that were held hostage (typical sale tactic) These guys are gamey. Do NOT buy a vehicle from places like this. More

I was out of work so i heard what they had to say. They did the bait and switch. They got me into a jeep Cherokee, Matt said the payments would be 700 a month, i agreed becasuse i could do that with no issues. When i got the papers from the scotia dealership they sent me a thank you letter with the sum of 368.21.biweekly. On my paperwork it states that its 367.73 biweekly that i did not verbally agree to. Im currently waiting for them to accept the vehicle back and give me my dakota back. As a result i will be having to claim bankruptcy. Thanks guys for putting me in a worse situation. More

The best customer services ever 😊 We went to Londonderry Dodge to look into trading our Kia, I was blown away on how great Fred was to us in helping out..... then we got to meet Mat i We went to Londonderry Dodge to look into trading our Kia, I was blown away on how great Fred was to us in helping out..... then we got to meet Mat in the finance department and explained everything that we needed and him and his Co worker Andrew worked really hard on getting us the best interest rate , they keep in contact with us to let us know what was going on . Today when we picked up our new car everyone was just amazing , I would like to say a very big personal thank you to Fred ( our sales rep ) Chad ( who worked his numbers ) Matt & Andrew ( our finance guys who rock ) for working hard on making everything painless ? I recommend Londonderry Dodge and there amazing staff to you all. We give these amazing people a 10 / 10 and will gladly do business with them again. Thanks for making us like apart of your family !! He took the time to show me five trucks throughout the day all while being patient as I can be a very picky person, especially when it comes to a purchase of this size, I visited gm and ford dealers as well and Jordan absolutely got me the best truck for my money, Sean in financing was able to provide me with an excellent interest rate and payment terms that worked for me. if your in the market for a new truck Londonderry dodge should absolutely be your first stop, I absolutely love my new truck and am very happy with the terms , while most dealers blew me off for being young Londonderry dodge treated me with respect and I never felt pressured to make a deal, even after looking st five different trucks. They absolutely seem to put the customer first and I would recommend them and Jordan to anyone looking for a new vehicle More
Dishonest practices. Avoid this repair shop. I went to this dealership last week for the dodge "peace of mind" inspection as I had concerns regarding my vehicle's alignment. I spent 4 1/2 hours I went to this dealership last week for the dodge "peace of mind" inspection as I had concerns regarding my vehicle's alignment. I spent 4 1/2 hours there waiting for the results. When the report came back, there was a 1968.00 quote attached to it for the work that would be needed to correct the alignment problem. I took the car this week to Kal Tire to have the work done and was informed that , other than having a few things tightened, no parts needed to be replaced and the alignment was done for 127.00. The entire quote was for work that didn't need to be done. I believe that this was a deliberate attempt to rip me off and then this is common practice at Londonderry Dodge. Shame on them. I will never deal with them again and will let everyone I know about these crooks. More
Money grab I came in because a light on - said my after factory seats were improperly installed - warranty does not cover this. I was told that the manager could vaive this fee, but decided not to. Considering this was a very quick find and was obviously done st the dealership I'm surprised that I would still be charged. This is The last time you will see my money. I will go out of my way no to come here and to think I was going to give you repeat business with all my oil changes. Too bad so sad. Someone else can benefit. More
