It was obvious that he cares very much about the quality and integrity of the service he provides and enjoys his career at KIA. Attention to detail was very evident from our dealings with him. I drove away feeling like I had a very good understanding of the vehicle after Dean had spent time and effort teaching me about all the workings of the car. And I felt secure in knowing I could come back anytime if I forgot anything he had told me or I had further questions. He also introduced me to the service manager for future contacts as needed. Since moving to Orillia several years ago we have been a huge advocate of purchasing near where we live. At the end of our quest, we were very satisfied with the choice we made. Dean & the staff at Orillia Kia provided us with the answers to our vehicle concerns. They accomplished this without being too pushy or forceful. They also allowed for us to test out the same model as we eventually settled on with no hassles what so ever.
