Great experience I've have been looking for a CTS-V for a while and my local dealer did not have any in stock. Tried to order one but was told after filling out the order sheet that it was too late to order one. Not happy I went looking else where and that's when I came across Paul Sadlon Motors! I sent them an email and got a quick response from Jacqueline Hall. She answer all my question and was able to discribe the car they had in detail. I drove up to see the car and Jacqueline met me at the door! Her knowledge of the car and professionalism where first class, making me feel comfortable that this was the right place to buy a car! We walked it 15 minutes before closing wanted to see the farthest truck away from the dealership and she was so good at keeping herself happy and smiling all the way through the process. We bought the 2017 GMC jacked up sierra, On the day we picked up the vehicle the radio wasn't working and the front license plate was unable to be put on cause it was a dealer trade from Quebec. We were told we could leave the truck there and they could fix it the following day but made the decision we wanted it home. Jacqueline then told us she would come in on her day off to have the problems fixed. We brought the truck in and had the repairs done, took some time to be completed but it got done and didn't have to return to have parts installed after ordered. Simon did an awesome job getting the module in and fixed and apolozized for the amount of time it took.. Had a very good time chilling with Jacqueline for the 3 hours I was there and made a new friend. Highly recommend this dealership More

After the misfortune of having my vehicle written off in an accident the other guys (No names used) were not remotely interested in cutting me.any breaks or helping me find a.replacement vehicle other than stock from their daily rentals that were proven to be OVER PRICED . After a quick glance over the lot at Paul Sadlon MOTORS. I was approached by Jeff Hamilton who was very helpful in answering questions without a hard sell attitude..we ultimately formed a business relationship and came.to the perfect match of affordability to me and a.modest.profit for his employer. Coming from a sales.backgroung myself we both knew it was all about give and take on both sides for a mutually agreeable sale. I got the chance to meet the Infamous Mr Sadlon Sr. And was personally welcomed home . Not all deals go smooth but i feel that this dealership does its best to make you feel like extended family and has thus far found the perfect blend of give and take..they are also known for "making it right" should you ever feel that something went amiss along the way. Paul Sadlon is the only GMC dealership (I've been to) offering a wide selection of customized trucks with DSI suspension lifts. I swear it was just a meant-to-be purchase and my experience was fantastic overall. Carl Peckham is an exceptional sales person and knew exactly what I wanted. He knew exactly when to leave me alone to fiddle with the truck and when to step in to show me the new technology I wasn't familiar with. I had hoped to be able to get either a 2017 Silverado or Sierra 1500 and put an after-market 6" suspension lift on it, but after being told elsewhere my warranty would be voided, I had given up that thought and was expecting to have to live with a leveling kit instead. I went to 3 other GMC lots - Paul Sadlon was the 4th - they had 5 trucks right on the lot with suspension lifts already put on and they come with the 3 year warranty! The partnership they've built with DSI is fantastic and the service they provide is great. I also have to highlight Heather Cameron - she did all the paperwork at the dealership and made it so easy to walk out with the truck next day; every other dealer will tell you it's 4+ days before you can drive off in your new vehicle.
