Sunroof leaks I went twice to get it fixed on my Longhorn 2015 And it is leaking more than ever, Plus, when they did the water test they took the hose from the s I went twice to get it fixed on my Longhorn 2015 And it is leaking more than ever, Plus, when they did the water test they took the hose from the shop with grease and throw that on my roof They made black marks on my roof and between my door and they scratched the roof The guy walk into my truck and has put black marks of grease So he did that twice on two different days even I had mentioned to wash it at the first time After an oil change they dropped oil all over my motor parts and it dripped in my driveway for many days. 2 stars is more than not enough More

absolutely terrible, so disappointed my daughter bought a 55 thousand dollar truck 2017, told them what she needed and wanted did not get it at all. the vehicle was not clean when she got my daughter bought a 55 thousand dollar truck 2017, told them what she needed and wanted did not get it at all. the vehicle was not clean when she got it, she was given a free voucher for a cleaning for the next time she goes in, then parts were not installed when she received the truck so she needed to go back, and many more issues of which they have not taken care of at all have been getting the run around from salesmen who then passes you to finance who passes you to manager who then gives you a line of xx still not resolved, so now enough of this non-professional assistance and no customer service stuff I have contacted the media maybe then the customer care will be back in place, what is happening here people work hard for them cash expect what they buy and to not get it and say well you have to live with this issue now, that is NOT ACCEPTABLE they should be ashamed, taking advantage of people like that. Will never refer nor purchase from that dealer ship. More

Pleasant, courteous and brief I had an appointment to change my winter tires to summer, get an oil change and to check out a clicking noise from the front left tire. Minutes afte I had an appointment to change my winter tires to summer, get an oil change and to check out a clicking noise from the front left tire. Minutes after I enjoyed my free coffee, I was informed that the wrong tires had been pulled from storage and I would have to return a couple of days later....'stuff happens'. The oil change went ahead and so did the noise check. I was told the installation of the tires would not be charged and was apologized to.... Overall experience was good. More
