Tire change over only Tammy said it would take about 30 or 40 minutes to changeover tires on rims. Took the time to circle the lot, Chad Murphy came out to speak to me. ( as he always does), he really looks after his customers. I had a coffee and next thing you know, Tammy is looking for me, my truck is ready. I'm on the way in 45 minutes as Tammy stated, nice to drop in and say hello and see what is new. Will be back, always feel welcomed. More

Worst experience and they don't care Northwest Ford in Brantford and great at selling a you a car. I bought 5 over three years BUT when you have a problem they will try and out you off un Northwest Ford in Brantford and great at selling a you a car. I bought 5 over three years BUT when you have a problem they will try and out you off until your warranty is over. Infotainment screen would go black at 5 times a day. Shuts everything off. It went in 9 times for this same problem and they kept telling me it was fixed but 'let's see what happens this time'. The very last time it was was in the screen xxxx off before I was even out off parking lot so I went back in and got my rental (that I pay for in my extended ford package) and when they called me the next day they told me it was as my phone. And they said it with a straight face. I picked up my car reset my phone and had the same problems. My service rep told the service manager it was fixed and I was very happy. Yes I was so happy I went next door to Honda and bought a new vehicle from them. My salesman and the General manager heard my frustration and anger as I wasn't quiet when I was there but apparently they don't think that a defective vehicle is their problem. You are truly on your own with a problem. NEVER AGAIN. DO yourself a favour and go ANYWHERE else. More

Poor Service and customer feedback I had my 2016 F150 in for a noise in the right front wheel, which I thought sounded like a wheel bearing. I picked the truck up two days later and as I had my 2016 F150 in for a noise in the right front wheel, which I thought sounded like a wheel bearing. I picked the truck up two days later and as I was driving home the noise was still there. I returned to the dealership and was told they repaired the transfer case and front hub but they think the noise is a bearing in the front differential and if they had fixed that ford wouldn't have paid for it. I am VERY disappointed - your agreement with Ford should not impact me. When I picked up the truck no one said the problem had not been fixed leading me to believe that they thought that I wouldn't notice it. Now I have to travel back to the dealership and be without my truck again after I drive it with the noise for 1000kms as requested by the dealership. More

My 3rd 6 month service visit & tire change, on Prepaid plan. Just like my two previous 6 month service visits, this one went perfectly smoothly. I did find out for the first time about something needed, that wasn't part of the prepaid plan. The recommended wheel alignment. I had no issue with this and was glad to have it explained. During this visit, they also tried to locate a replacement connector for the removable part of my trunk, as one of the two had fallen out of mine. They could not locate one, but have ordered a connector for me. Overall everything went smoothly, they labelled and stored my winter tires and rims, so I know they are safe. I am always satisfied with the service. More
