Happy I visited Scarboro Subaru already decided on an Impreza hatchback. I was hoping to buy a new 2016 model but they were sold out. When I went in to the dealership Jose Ferradas-Gil happened to be with the receptionist. We went to his cube and he offered the price that was the same as on their website minus the Subaru and the dealer incentive discounts. He wrote the toneau cover as free. Unfortunately, the manager disapproved the bonus so I had to pay for it. I am currently still waiting for it as it is out of stock. Jose was very pleasant, friendly and knew his job well. He returned my calls even when he was at home. More

The salesman was completely competent and professional. He fully took the time to understand our requirements and financial situation. He was able to provide detailed answers to our numerous questions. As well, he provided suggestions to lower our financing costs. The process was efficient without any hiccups. The financing was handled smoothly and the car was delivered on time as promised. It was so delightful to not to be subject to any aggressive selling pressures. At pick-up, the salesman took the necessary time to explain in detail all of the features of our Subaru Forester and answered all of our questions. He also went over the maintenance schedule and provided guidance for the care of our new car. We drove away a happy buyer! Yes, we will be back to Scarborough Subaru. More
