Here's my story - I called to book an appointment for a warranty repair after being instructed to do so at my last visit. I had visited their service department 3 TIMES PRIOR to examine a leak in my car which was unresolved each time I left. When I called to book the appointment, THEY REFUSED TO SERVICE my vehicle any longer for the leak and for ANY FUTURE maintenance work (oil changes, tune-ups etc.) and suggested I take my business elsewhere. Easy to ABORT THE JOB, and having no trouble DECLINING WARRANTY WORK they promised to me when I bought the new car from them in 2014, I felt hugely offended with this response. Although I had not vocalized any negative feedback during my previous visits, my confidence in their ability declined with each unsuccessful service appointment regarding my leak. Now all bad speculations were confirmed. THEY WERE INCOMPETENT, AND CLEARLY DID NOT WANT TO BE REMINDED OF IT - SO THEY TOLD ME TO STAY AWAY. ...They don't seem to have a problem turning away business, so I figured I'd get the word out for them, and write this review... Good news - I am happy to report that I am now dealing with an alternate dealership that builds business through customer rapport and quality mechanical expertise (Leak fixed on the first try!). I wouldn't have found them if North York Chrysler didn't turn me away. Glad to be supporting another dealership that needs the business! More

Shan was great. everything else needs work. My Service Adviser Shan was truly awesome! Really transparent with everything. He was honest about what was pressing and what could wait. With regards to pricing, he definitely worked hard to get me a somewhat reasonable quote. Granted, there isn't much he can do about it, but he definitely tried and it was incredibly appreciated. The tech guys could be a little more well mannered. I'm 4/4 getting the grumpy service tech. I'm a firm believer that if im showing you that im competent in my vehicle, which doubles as my love child, you should probably make an effort to be more detailed in your explanations and not brush me off. The sales staff needs a serious over all. Over the years and the many cars ive purchased for myself and family members, its always been a crummy experience. After 5 attempts, we pretty much just go to this dealership to test drive the car in interest and buy it at another dealership because of how rude the sales staff is (no offense to odd person who actually cares about the customer). zero effort to negotiate and way too concerned with flaunting their condescending attitude.
