We were very nervous because it was our first time buying a car. Luckily we fell in good hands. Frank is person who helped us out. He was able to answer all our questions and concerns, and the nicest part was that he wasn't no pushing, he's main concern is the customer and you can feel that. We really felt that we could trust him. At the end of the day we decided to buy the car of dreams and are very happy of the decision we made that day. Prompt and thorough This was my first time getting my car serviced at a dealership (other than for factory recalls) in at least 15 years, so it was with some trepidation This was my first time getting my car serviced at a dealership (other than for factory recalls) in at least 15 years, so it was with some trepidation that I came in because my past dealer service experience (with another brand) was not a happy one. I'm doing so because my new car purchase included the three years of servicing. I arrived just before the appointed hour, and someone outside told me where to bring the car (into a warm, dry area!) and when I stepped out, Amanda was right there, with the records. She told me when to expect the car to be ready, and since I'd forgotten my phone, gave me a pager to take up to the (clean, bright) lounge so they could let me know when it was ready. It ended up being ready about 15 minutes earlier than advised. 10/10! More
