jeep fail to start jeep failed to start while picking up granddaughter from daycare. called dealership who put us thru to service mngr shane after hours. he helped us t jeep failed to start while picking up granddaughter from daycare. called dealership who put us thru to service mngr shane after hours. he helped us try a few diff things that did not work. towed jeep to dealer. next day they gave us a loaner as they couldn't get it into the shop till the day after. the vehicle was off warranty so I don't think we were totally eligible for a loaner. they promptly fixed the prob the next day & it was pretty much what shane thought it was. very pleased. we've bought vehicles from this dealership in the past & certainly would again.
