Having to leave car for transmission replacement After leaving my car for 3 days it was decided my transmission had to be replaced. Which is scary on its own with only having it just over 2 years. It was really nice that I was set up with a car same day that I dropped off the car but had to wait till my hubby got home to go get it. They kept me informed with what is going on with my car which I am thankful. I still haven't received a print out of what was done with my car and received it back filthy. I had a car wash just the day before dropping it off. So was disappointed that I got it back the way I did, but didn't want to put up a fuss. With asking about my experience I thought it would be the best time to express what happened. All and all the staff was very kind very informative. Still will go back. More

You must have WIFI, be located with ease of access and plenty of parking, architecturally up-to-date, you must be spotlessly clean, sanitized and health conscious. There must be youthful exuberance maturity, fashionable dress and not only WIFI but big screen TV's, streaming news, today's paper and "Who's next on the customer board". There must be history and in the case of cars, linkage to locomotives, local history and historical significance. Personnel must individualize their attention, be respectful and considerate, prompt, knowing and understanding customer's needs. Has the auto technician performing the service actually been trained in the specific manufacturing facility relevant to the work order? And oh that coffee machine, freshly ground? Am I a repeat customer at Bay King Chrysler? You bet I am. More
