Exceeded Expectations I came into ford assuming I was going to buy a used car. When I first met with Dylan he was very friendly and professional. He was aware of my price r I came into ford assuming I was going to buy a used car. When I first met with Dylan he was very friendly and professional. He was aware of my price range and did everything to the best of his ability to get me into a car that I was comfortable with. He was never pushy and gave me many options to choose from. I have always been very skeptical with sales people of any kind but Dylan was the opposite of the stereo typical sales man. He never made any manipulative xxxxxxjust outstanding and accommodating service. He exceeded my expectations, not knowing that a week later instead of driving out in a used car I drove off in a 2016 ford focus.
