Helped make a dream come true I recently purchased a new Dodge Caravan at this dealership, and worked with Allen, Decio and Joe. It was a stressful process for me, as I am difficu I recently purchased a new Dodge Caravan at this dealership, and worked with Allen, Decio and Joe. It was a stressful process for me, as I am difficult to finance, but Joe in finance pulled it together for me and everyone tolerated my questions and stress with good humour. Although a very busy dealership and a bit of waiting for appointments, once it was my turn, I was given their full attention. They provided courteous shuttle service on two occasions and installed a bike rack which I suspect was over and above the usual. I'm loving my new van and am having it converted into a camper van for a cross country adventure this summer, in celebration of Canada's 150th birthday. I look forward to enjoying this vehicle for years and years to come and will have it serviced at this dealership. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. More

Extremely poor buying experience Buying a car is stressful. I get that- but this experience was so poor that I will never consider buying a vehicle from this dealership again. I had a fiat -which I loved - that was serviced at this dealership. Nothing major to complain of here. They did try and do the best job , and made it right is they goofed on service items, so I thought when my car was in a wreck and written off , I would buy my replacement from them. The problems started from day one when I was passed to no less than 3 different sales people to try and locate a vehicle for me. They did locate one that was pretty close to what I was looking for and we came in and did all the paperwork and loan docs. 2 days later we got a call to say that the car had not been secured and that it was sold to someone else. Not happy! Then we searched again and could not find anything close to what I wanted, so I decided to order. This was followed bay a change in management with a high pressure manager who held up the order to try and get me to switch to another car on the lot. I declined and had to come in and resubmit the order. Then while I was out of town I received several high pressure calls to finalize docs -again- so that they could book the vehicle into that month's sales. I complied just to get it done. Then delivery day. The paperwork was still not accurate in terms of the deal and included parts/warranty. After several hours -again- at the dealership it was mostly sorted out but I was still missing documentation on the warranty. 2 weeks later I called to see where the paperwork was and was told that now there was a new finance guy and another new manager and general manager- which necessitated my going through everything again. Overall best experience anyone could ask for! Everything was perfect, I got referred by a friend to visit this dealership on the corner of McArthur and st-laurent, I was just shopping around, not Everything was perfect, I got referred by a friend to visit this dealership on the corner of McArthur and st-laurent, I was just shopping around, not knowing that I would finance a car that day! Herby, my sales man and I sat down and looked over some options. We then went outside to check out some potential cars. And then I saw it! It was love at first sight. A beautiful dodge dart, 2013, manuel turbo all the bells and whistles you could ask for was starting right at me! We go for a ride and deep down I knew it was already my car!!! As we got back to get everything in order, Herby and his manager made sure I got the best deal possible in my situation. I then went to their financial advisor O'Day who was also amazing. He made sure everything was in order and that I got the best extended warranty to ensure my baby would covered for as long as possible! All in all, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everyone, including the mechanics, went out of their way to ensure that I was completely satisfied even when I just showed up! I have already recommended this dealership to many friends, and if any of them buy a vehicle thanks to my referral I will get 100$ I'd like to thank everyone who was involved in making a dream of mine a reality in the stand of a week! Everything happened so fast and I wouldn't of had it done any other way!! More
