Oil Change On the phone there were additional options offered. I thought the "Peace of Mind" package was over priced and amounted to little. The tire rotation was not needed as new snows were installed recently. I guess my antenna goes up when up-selling is part of the practice. However, there was no hassle opting for just an oil change and Becky, who greeted me at the pre-arranged time, could not have been better. On time, prompt action, gave me a time line and offered coffee, provided an update while speaking to another customer, met the timeline, brought the "key" to me when the job was done. I appreciated the customer treatment on site. One little thing: when I picked up my car it was in the Handicapped parking spot near the garage doors. I appreciated the proximity, but was a bit embarrassed by not being handicapped and occupying that spot. More

We called the Neale Dealership and they indicated that they would look at the vehicle and see if they could do a quick repair. Upon landing on their doorstep, Janet Neal took us in immediately and was unbelieveably helpful and courteous. Our car was handed over to a service technician almost immediately and within the hour we had a diagnosis. Because it was Saturday morning Janet could not get the parts required but she did provide us with the details required for a future fix. All of this was provided without charge. Janet and technician Gord were very informative and they went beyond the call of duty for a family in need of some warmth! More
