Professional service, good price First time in this dealership, was impressed by the facility. We were looking for a 2017 X1. We were prepared to make a offer if the price is right. We visited other BMW dealers, and knew the bargain margin. A sale associate Jack Yue gave us a knowledgeable tour of the car. Then we negotiated the price. It was lower than what other dealerships offered. I was impressed by the efficiency and attitude. Very professional, not pushy at all. We were very happy. Then the day of delivery. I was introduced to a "Delivery specialist", Luke Yue. Another professional guy. Delivery specialist? I brought other European premium brand automobile before, but never met a "Delivery specialist." Luke was very professional, courteous, and friendly. His strength is his knowledge about the my new car, inside and out. My new X1 has a small problem with the passenger window, which it won't auto up all the way. Luke immediate took my car to the mechanic and had the problem fixed. It turned out to be a window programming issue. After sales service is good too, as Luke text me a few times, to ask about my car to see if I enjoy it, and most importantly, any issues. Overall, I enjoy the experience at this dealership, with Jack and Luke. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends who are looking for a BMW. More
