The service department today April 11 was very unprofessional and disappointing. Had a tire issue. It was covered under warranty and new tire was ordered. Today they put on new tire and when i got unprofessional and disappointing. Had a tire issue. It was covered under warranty and new tire was ordered. Today they put on new tire and when i got the car back it looked like a 10 yr old rim and no valve cap on. Looked like something out of a junkyard. I took pictures and went back into the service department where I received attitude from the receptionist. Showed here the pictures and asked if it was an old rim. Also why there was no valve cap on the new tire. She went out and checked the tire, came back in and proceeded to the shop and when she came back out she went back to the car and apparently cleaned the tire grease of and put a new cap on the valve. I asked her why the shop people didn't do that to begin with and she was like “I don't know” I am very disappointed in the service, the quality of service and the lack of professionalism and pride. I have been dealing with VW for over last 6 years and this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with them. More
