Not only was a loaner provided for me, but there was no hassle from the dealership for the length of time I had it. Always welcomed by a smile and Dave is an exceeding service advisor. If I call and get his voicemail, I'll leave a message and he will always call back right away. I usually don't leave voicemails as I never get called back so it is comforting to know that messages do not go unnoticed there. More
